Terms of Service

An information site for Johns Creek FBLA, the student chapter at Johns Creek High School, maintained by chapter officers. It is student-run. It is not an official publication of Fulton County Schools or of FBLA, and nothing posted here changes school, district, or FBLA policy.

We keep dates, prices and deadlines as current as we can, and they do change, sometimes with little notice. Where this site disagrees with the chapter advisor, Georgia FBLA, or Fulton County Schools, they are right and we are out of date. Before you pay for a trip or travel to an event, confirm it with an officer or with the advisor.

There is no account to create here and nothing is sold on this site. Forms are hosted by Google or Microsoft. Payments happen on Fulton County Schools' SchoolCash Online. Those services carry their own terms, and using them means agreeing to theirs as well as to this page.

Text and photos here were made by chapter members for the chapter. Using them for school or FBLA purposes is fine, and a credit is appreciated. Two limits: do not use photos of students commercially, and do not use them in a way the person in the photo would object to. If you are unsure, ask at jchsfbla@gmail.com.

The FBLA name and emblem belong to FBLA. We use them as a member chapter, which does not give anyone else permission through us.

Read it, share it, link to it. Do not try to break it, overload it, or deface it, and do not use it to harass anyone.

We link to Georgia FBLA, FBLA, Instagram, Linktree, Snap! Raise, SchoolCash Online and Google documents. We do not run those sites and cannot vouch for them, and a link is not an endorsement.

Students build and run this site in their own time, and it costs nothing to use. We cannot promise it will always be online, always load, or always be correct, and we are not responsible for what happens if you rely on something here that turns out to be out of date. Anything that matters, a payment deadline or a departure time, is worth confirming with an officer or the advisor.

We post changes here and update the date at the top. The full history is public in our GitHub repository.
